It starts with a relaxed conversation about you, your family, how you want to live, your site and a realistic budget. Hayley develops the first concept with Hamish's construction input, alongside a clear cost breakdown so you can see where your budget is going.
From the very beginning, design, buildability and budget come together, and your vision starts taking shape.
With your design taking shape, Hayley brings it to life through detailed 3D renders, so you can see your home, finishes and key details before anything is built. Once the plans and specifications are finalised, we'll lock in your fixed-price contract and provide your personalised Welcome Pack, clearly mapping out what happens next. From there, we take care of the working drawings, surveying and consents, keeping you updated every step of the way.

Interior design isn't an upgrade at Forté, it's part of your build. You'll work directly with Hayley to bring the whole look and feel of your home together, from mood boards and kitchen design to colours, finishes and fixtures. Hayley will take you through the showrooms to select everything from plumbing, flooring and tiles to exterior materials, fixtures and finishes, helping you see how every choice works together. And when you need advice along the way, she is only a phone call away.

With Hamish leading your build on site, we manage every stage. Coordinating trades, council inspections, Code Compliance and all the details that keep your build moving. You'll receive regular photo updates and meet with us on site at key milestones, so you can see your home taking shape and stay part of the journey. Two weeks before handover, we'll walk through your new home together and identify any final touch-ups, giving us time to have everything finished before the keys are yours.

The keys are yours. You'll receive a complete handover pack with your warranties, appliance manuals, compliance documents and a few welcome-home extras from us. Around a month after you move in, we'll check in to make sure everything is settling as it should and take care of anything that needs attention. We'll be back again at 12 months for a follow-up inspection. And after that? We're still only a phone call away.
The build might be finished, but our responsibility doesn't end at handover.
Our fixed-price contracts are clear, transparent and easy to understand, so you know exactly what's included. From design and documentation through to construction and handover, everything is clearly outlined and no hidden surprises.
